Ingredients
  

Base

  • 4 cups fried cubed potatoes crispy and golden

Meat Sauce

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef

Cream & Cheese

  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese use a mix for best flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef with chopped onions until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add tomato sauce to the skillet and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, spread the crispy fried potatoes evenly.
  • Pour the meat sauce over the potatoes, followed by a drizzle of cream.
  • Top generously with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
