Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef with chopped onions until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add tomato sauce to the skillet and let simmer for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, spread the crispy fried potatoes evenly.
Pour the meat sauce over the potatoes, followed by a drizzle of cream.
Top generously with shredded cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
